Hotel Sasya Pride - Hotel in Kurnool - Kurnool, India

Unfit Hotel claiming as 3 star. Sasya Pride is unworthy to be called as a star hotel. For the hefty amount that they charge, service is waste. 3500 per person is costly. Other star hotels in Kurnool also do not charge this much per person. Worst complementary breakfast service. I stayed here 2 days ago. For this hotel Customer is last, customer satisfaction is of least importance. Another minus point for this hotel is the manager. One of the horrible, unprofessional manager in the hotel industry that i have seen in my travelling career of 10 years. Treats the customers as his servants and do not listen to the customers. I asked him about poor complementary breakfast that they served. Only 3 items with coffee/tea. Is this what they charge 3500 Rs saying we provide complementary breakfast. Some hotels who charge around 2000Rs provide much better breakfast than this. This nasty manager says providing 3 items with coffee/tea itself is great. He does not have patience to listen to the concerns. I challenge that Sasya pride hotel will go in loss with the same manager. Manager attitude sucks, most undesirable person in the hospitality industry. If manager itself is like this, think about the staff. Providing big rooms is not enough for good service. I do not understand how people have given so many good ratings for this third rated service hotel. My 3500 Rs gone in waste. Damn the manager!

Sasya pride is located to the main road. Parking area is great and no worries about it. It has multiple things banquet hall, restaurant and rooms as well. Everything is good and you can visit here & have a function or stay or only dining in restaurant. Restrooms are well maintained Ambience is good. Staff response was good but if we had a quick service of food that would be well and good. Only that area is to be improved. Prices are regular w.r.t restaurants. Friendly, courteous and timely staff. The complementary breakfast was sumptuous and dinner was very tasty. Prawn curry is a must try. Special mention to Shekhar who helped us in getting the right room and made us feel comfortable. The hotel is a little bit on the costlier side.

Celebrated a naming ceremony today, where the staff Rajnikanth and his team has managed event very well, they are vey flexible to our need and requirements and food was mouth watering and didn't hesitate in serving and quality is too good. Would recommend all to celebrate events here.

In my working career having stayed in hundreds of hotels in 40 + different countries I will consider this hotel as one of the very bad hotel. I really wonder how this can even be given the rating more than one star. You can't get tea /coffee before 730 am or between 2pm to 6pm, because the kitchen is closed. For a 4star(?)hotel, unable to get morning tea at 6am is unthinkable .( But the reception can offer to get it from outside at additional cost). almost all the taps in the toilet are leaking and the toilet will always be very wet., hotel had put some sticky substance on the all the wall tiles of the toilet. you can't put your hand on it , hand will become very sticky. For an old person like me we are always worried about sliping in bathroom because of wet floor and there is nothing that you can hold on to, can't even touch the wall tiles. Horrible experience. Hotel cannot do anything about the quality ofhard water that they get.but it increases the scaling in the toilets. the scaling is not removed at all. how the tap or shower will behave is your luck. the water can come out in any direction. although the spread for the breakfast was good and The staff selection was helpful you will experience tens of small Cockroaches running around on the table. Cannot imagine what would be the condition in the kitchen. on 3rd floor, near the lift the lift operating system panels, switches are in open and they are just separated by a plywood placard. anybody even a child can touch it accidentally. what will happen next is anybody's guess. it is a safety hazard. I wish somebody from the regulatory body visits this hotel and reviews the rating

Celebrated a family event. Ambiance and hospitality was good. The manager Rama swamy and Rajani kanth were very friendly with the customers. Hotel Have enough space for car parking. Hygiene rooms too.

Done a event at Last 10 days back I felt very happy with there service ,taste of the food also awesome.The person who taken care by our event was awesome,thanks to Mr Ramaswamy Garu. Defenetly we will do more events with you .

Celebrated a closed group event with immediate and close family. The experience was very nice and the ambience was very good. Please ask for Mr. Rajnikanth and Mr. Ramaswamy to ensure to get a customised user experience. I would definitely recommend to visit
