Rooms are good, but no service . Have to go down to reception to ask for a glass of water. Service wise pathetic. DONT BE HERE...

Nice place to stay, good food quality, promot service, good parking space, staffs are well behaved but rooms need maintenance.

Hotel is poorly kept. The interiors are almost the opposite of the external looks. Basic amenities are missing in the rooms. The rooms are spacious but the maintenance is very poor. Food is one of the worst that one can expect from such a hotel and the price. The room tariffs are overtly priced. The level of Cleanliness,food and room amenities needs to be raised.

Rooms are kind of ok. Food is pathetic, very pathetic. After my stay i have reasons why this hotel is so unpopular inspite of being in such a good location. Staff were polite atleast.

Broken fittings in the bath, and even in the room. Bathroom not properly cleaned...i wonder if they clean it or not after every guest leaves. No complimentary breakfast, not even water bottle. Lights dont work properly. The worst is the staff there...very rude, proud and non-cooperative. The rooms are not worthy of the price.

I am staying here regularly for my official trip. I prefer to stay in Room number 102, which is a single accommodation. Rooms are good quality. Food quality is also very good . You can customise your order as per your taste buds. Owner of the hotel always keep a track on the activities going on. Supporting staffs like Deepak Dey and Montu etc all are hard working. Before Durga Puja my family came here along with me and stayed comfortably in a double room with A/C. Parking area is one of the biggest available in this area. Over all its budget friendly, spacious accommodation with good quality food.

Worst ever experience. The room for which they charge Rs.2800/- doesn't worth even 1000/-. AC not cooling, no fan, cockroaches, no complimentary toiletries, no complimentary breakfast (not even a bottle of water), rusted & broken bath fittings, small TV on a old cheap wooden table, ... Only positive is - behaviour of hotel staff.

One of the few decent hotel you could get at North Lakhimpur. The room was spacious, clean and had enough sunlight. Bathroom was also quite good. Can improve the hotel staff's customer service and hospitality. With the amount paid, complementary breakfast or even a bottle of water would have been good. Will think again of I have to stay there again. Parking area was spacious.
