Room heating is not available. Drinking water absent. Bed metress is not comfortable. Room's outside area and gallery is having full of smoked cigarettes and beer cups, bottles and used namkeen packets. Cleaning is very bad. Overall stay experience of 2 nights is lesser than average. Best things: near to BITS Pilani and bus stand. Room design is good. TV, and hot water, and no any type of interruption from hotel staff. Bathroom has both type of water: hot and normal, but there is no way to mix both water. And soap, shampoo, or oil type of things not present. They did not make ready the room in advance and even they did not know in advance that someone booked the room.

Never expected the service could be so good.. Especially should thank Mr Abhishek for his great gesture... Hotel accessibility to bits is hardly 2 km an added advantage... Rooms cleaniness can be improved ... I was afraid initially to book this hotel as it had very negative remarks earlier and in my case my stay for 4 days at this hotel is fantastic especially in the service aspects.. Wish this continues and have more people like Abhishek to serve... Kudos for meeting my expectations which I never thought of initially after reading many negative comments on this hotel..

Stayed at this small boutique property on official visit. Rooms are small yet cozy suitable to Pilani town equipped with amenities required for a traveller. The best part is their warm hospitality and tasty food. They too have a bar,room service. Overall excellent stay. Would visit again.

Avoid if you are family person. Did not have any food, infact could not even imagine doing that here. I had booked a room here and checking what they offer I just quit the place without worrying about refund of money. Just avoid if you feel you need some basic level of basic decency and hygiene.

Best hotel in pilani .location so easy near highway . rooms are good and well maintained . Service is excellent . Restaurant well decor and furnished and food also to good .laal maans was so great . I m not expected this that quality of food in pilani . To Good experience of this hotel. Any body have best option in pilani for food and accommodation.

Non-veg is good. Don't even dare having veg here. Ambience is just okayish. 3 stars for comparatively better non-veg than other places in Pilani.

Hotel is near to Bits piani, walkable distance. Hygenic. Do not expect any additional facility such as bath towel, soap, shampoo etc. Staffs were negligently responding.

The pungent smell of stale smoke overpowers you when you enter. Service of food was very slow, and taste wasn't so good. But all in all, nice place to chill.
