Very clean and beautiful room, quite a nice bed and good television in the room. Bathroom was also clean and spacious. I did not get a chance to eat at the restaurant, but from the menu the food and drinks looked quite reasonably priced. I got complementary mineral water and breakfast. But breakfast is served inside the room and there isn't much variety to choose from. The staff is quite courteous. Overall, I had a comfortable stay here. I'm knocking off one star only because given the tariff of the room, I expect more variety in breakfast.

pros very easy to find hotel location Altthough not very modern but a gud roof top bar where u can njoy drinks at affordable price. nd this is the best part of hotel. rooms were clean cons our room was smelling very bad although they changed my room but the new room had a broken washbasin. how cud they offer rooms to guest in such a condition.

The Hotel looked very well kept and warm water was available even late in the evening to bathe. The room was well maintained and looked pretty posh for its price. Just that the room we took (lowest priced Non-AC Standard room) had no Windows, a non working clock and was dimly lit. A better room was available for INR500 more.

Reception was not aware that we have reservation for double room and room was not ready when we check in. We settled for room having two separate beds. This room had clean bedsheets, clean toilet and hot water available for early bath. Overall we had pleasant stay for 2 nights and 2 days.

We booked for an AC room and were given non ac. They didn't care to refund the amount or give us another room. Kept us waiting. In general Bad rooms. Many mosquitoes. Not clean bathrooms

The is located on B.M (Bangalore - Mangalore) Road and is in a prime location with easy access to shops & restaurants. The facility is located right above Big Bazaar, so getting any of your munchies or toiletries is a 30 seconds elevator ride. But, the flip side of this is lack of availability of parking in the basement of the building. The interiors of the hotel is good with spacious rooms and a restaurant on the terrace level, which serves decent food. The service is very ordinary as we had to wait for more than 1.5 hours for us to get hot water supply for a shower in the morning. Despite repeated follow up, the staff were of no help, but finally managed to send 2 buckets of hot water after 2 hours.

Clean and spacious rooms. We booked a suite room. But since we came through goibibo we were denied AC. Going by the room category, I assumed it to have an ac at least. Complimentary breakfast is not what we expected. We were served(per person) 4 idles, vada and a coffee in the room.

Preferred it, as it was near Train station but beleive it does not worth the money. There were cockroaches in the bathroom and even i noticed in the bed room. In the night, I did not get hot water in the tap; when i opened the hot water tap, it was cold but to the worst, it was dark and dirty with sheaths and feathers of cockroaches. In the morning i got hot water, but the initial bucket of water was of the same quality. The quality of the bed and drapes also not worth the money. But at the reception, they were very helpful for enquiries.
