Food is good to taste twice a month. but the staff was sarcastic people and bad behaviour. Rest is fine, if people are really need only food go and eat for them it will be good

I have blocked the room 3 weeks where I am traveling from Chennai. Once I reached there they said no rooms available as it was already booked by others. At the time of booking itself I asked them do I need to make any advance payment. Thay said it is not required. But once I reached there they were asking did you made any advance payment. Worst service and Its a spam. Do not visit this place to avoid standing on a road in the last minute.

Today we ordered biryani's. But they forgot to give chicken curry (SP curry).Taste is also no good .Very disappointed

Staff behaviour is very bad and management also.they don't surve properly food also not good

Staff people behavior is very rude... And taste also not good not satisfied

Parcel service is worst taking long time to give food (They are not following order wise) and coming to food food is soo oily and taste is average compared to surya restaurant

Hotel had decent vibes but toilet was not good n didn't even cleaned n later asked food to heat n give since I was late n food got cold which kept in AC but hotel management said sorry kitchen's closed but all the employees were ter n it was 2 mins work to keep in oven n heat but thy didn't do it...

I visited this place for lunch. There are a lot of crowds and no place to sit,so I have taken my food parcel
