We stayed at Hotel Saravana Grand for 2 nights, booked a deluxe 2 bed room. 1) The rooms were very affordable, good space and the toilets were clean. 2) It had a separate water heater , rather than a centralized one. 3) We haven't used any of the room services, however utilized the restaurant within the hotel. It was an average place to eat. The food menu is very limited here and the taste , cost of the food is average. You might find better options if you walk around the place. 4) If you are bringing your own car / cab, getting a parking slot might take some time depending on the availability. Over all a good experience, and would recommend if you are looking for budget stay / or trying to book hotel at last minute.
A good and secure place in the town to stay for valparai vistors. Room is large enough. Family friendly environment. Clean and neat too. Food service is available. Safe Car parking facility is there.That is more important for us. Recommended.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The room was spacious and had a closet area. This hotel is located at the centre of the city and it's budget friendly. They have 24/7 hot water provision for drinking. Overall I highly recommend this place.
