HOTEL SARAVANA BHAVAN - Restaurant in Chennai - Chennai, India

Located at First Floor, Near Broadway Bus Station and High Court.This is a pure vegetarian restaurant.Service was quick but the rice in meals was not hot when served.Starters were good.

Apart from good atmosphere we can expect better taste in food wise and savoury wise. But the service provided by them is totally worst. They must surely look into their service that not make their customers wait for the food. As I experienced particularly in this branch 3 times in the year the service has not been changed slightly. It still remains the same and the bearers are worst in serving food on time as well as not hearing the ordered food properly.

Saravana bhavana is picked up. Had a wonderful food. Taste are as early.

Food is decent , service is terrible. A couple walked out , just as I came in, bemoaning poor service. Saving grace is the quality of food, but poor service takes the joy out...

Tried their mini tiffin. The masala dosa was stale. The lady who takes the order doesn't sound like a professional. Only the atmosphere looks nice and reminds of a vintage saravana bhavan style.

Even road side vadi is so nice and healthier than this saravana bavan hotel, service is worst, even less than 1 star is not available to give, one star is big.

Worst experience. I won't suggest anyone to visit this place if u want to have peaceful meal. All employees are not customer friendly & very bad attitude . They are serving the food like we are eating for free. No respect.

Service needs fine tuning. Customers are seen shouting at the inordinate delay. The hotel is in the first floor of the building and quite often, customers miss seeing it at the first sight. Slowly losing its charm. Dishes offered are costlier compared to the quality.
