Went for coffee in the morning.
The coffee was good and 40bucks (sept 2023).
On peak holidays getting a seat is challenging and worst is getting your order to the table on leave days.
Food was decent enough to have.
Ambiance, Food, Quality of food and Service is top notch.

This review is on the food. Extremely over priced where neither the taste nor the quantity justifies it. The food is good but not extraordinary. The extra payment seems just for the brand name.

Horrible service with literally no one to attend the tables. Only one person was taking order from almost 15 tables and with only 1 server and 1 cleaner. Ridiculous thing is the person who took the order told there is only one master to cook.
We ordered the meals which came in 5minutes.
Everything else
1)Paneer Noodles - Took 40mins for them to make and bring to the table and THEY NEVER TOLD US IT WILL TAKE THIS MUCH TIME!!
2)Butter Phulka - For namesake lol. They brought two pieces of normal chappathi with butter over it. This was brought to us 50mins after the order.
3)Kadai Paneer gravy - Same as above it took them almost an hour / 60minutes to cook and bring it.
PATHETIC SERVICE!
On a positive note - Food was tasty although it was very very spicy.
Price - Simply Jacked up prices (More than normal Hotel Saravana Bhavan). Not at all worth for the food content and taste. Satisfaction level - Zero.
This place needs a huge revamp in the management as well as outlook and interior for the premium price they are charging.

4. Visit nearby cafes or mess while in Tiruchendur which is much better.
5. All nearby restaurants are better than Saravana bhavan is what we found out during our 3 days stay there
Worst service for providing food... Management is also very bad.. waiting time is also very long to provide food...
A fine location genuine for south Indian food at Tiruchendur. The lunch could cost 2 to 3 USD. When you visit this place try having lunch, breakfast or dinner at their hotel at the gate of Railway station.
Worst Saravana Bhavan, today 29 Oct 2023 went for dining, worst service by the staff and very arrogant behaviour by the Incharge.
Worst experience. Disappointed by the Floor Manager responses.
