i am so happy to say this really very nice to stay from there because staff are all very nice and behavior is excellent
We took suit room , it is very nice with mini fridge and two tv, sofa, good room service and very good complimentary breakfast. Good taste. But management not maintaining solar water heater so it's difficult to get.
Stayed on 170217 alone. Excellent hotel by cleanliness, space, service and facilities. Staff were very polite and prompt in attending our needs. Has a car park and a nice bar too. Easy access to hospital, bus stand, railway station etc. Best value for money.
Location is in the middle of the city, with enough car parking. It's an old building but room was quite nice. But the best was the free buffet breakfast. The spread was fantastic and every time was tasty.
A nice place to stay in Madurai. Spacious rooms with complimentary breakfast. Pick up and drop facility from station and airport. Good food and service. Front desk very cooperative. Famous tourist spots are within reach.
Saradha Rajans, a Cost effective Place for staying more than two days, which is located in the middle of the Madurai city from where we can get any mode of transport service and access to any place easily. Good hospitality and ambience there. Car parking is available. Restaurant with bar looks cheap and best. Still that luxurious feel of a hotel is missing.
Good hotel. They keep all basis amenities in room without We ask them. Good quality is Ok and price is Ok. Ac chillness is Good. Hot Water available from 6am to 9am. Check in and check out is very quick.
Poor experience. Bathroom was not clean and not maintained. Not able to lock bathroom door. Room service very bad. Did not get drinking water even after multiple calls over phone. Not able to change AC temperature using remote. Only thing good is the restaurant and food.
