The experience was bad, the room was nothing like the pictures. The AC was rarely functional and fan is a table fan on the ceiling. The price was just not justified. Lastly they didn't provide me Breakfast even though I had paid for it. They said that it's not our fault the online platform adds breakfast, we never ask them to and asked me to talk to the platform from where I booked. This is such bad behaviour and absolutely unacceptable. Never should any one get a room in this hotel
Room was okay though it was nothing like it was in pics. Online platform (Fab Hotels) charged for breakfast however hotel doesn't have any kitchen of its own nor they provided it from outside. Hence money paid in advance but breakfast was not provided.
Great location, really pleasant and clean rooms, but the thing that makes this such a good place to stay are the staff. All of the people are incredibly helpful and generous with their time and advice. We Stayed for 2 days
First property that we have booked had cancelled by their own. We have wait for almost one n half n hour for resolve the issues. Then gave us new property which was around 1 km away from previous hotel. That property was literally terrible and horrible. Rooms were pathetic and was in bad condition. Totally disappointing.
Well, at first they allowed to check in, but at the time of check out, they asked that they were not even listed on OYO and they were not allowing to extend the check out time as per their Hotel Policy. Very Bad Experience and they charged us 2 days for just 15 hrs stay.
I book hotel from Oyo and receptionist said that room is sold and we are not provide rooms in Oyo price. He said Oyo is app is doing froud with people. They are given room but at hight price. That time I contact Oyo help line no but I am not fail to connect with Oyo help center. Request you to please take action becouse people face many issues.
Staff is a little slow. But good service. Room cleaning was not a daily routine. Rooms were smaller in comparison. Not worth 2000/- per night. Flexible check in and check out costs a lot. Average experience. Very good for couples.
One of the the worst booking I have ever made. Reception guy doesn't know how to talk with customers. The room condition was worst also it was not even properly cleaned. Walls skin were pealing off. A/C wasn't cooling. Well I was regular customer but when asked for replacement of room they denied very roughly. Suggestion - DONT BOOK THIS HOTEL

I generally stay in 5 stars and quite appreciative of luxury. But this hotel didn't disappoint at all. Rooms were small yet emmaculate. Staff specifically was super nice. I had an 8 days of stay and can say very confidently that i won't mind staying
