Rooms are just Ok. AC's were not working in two rooms. Mr. Raghavendra Receptionist said hotel is fully booked and cannot accommodate in any other room. Finally he gave us a room where AC was working normal. In room dining is also not upto the mark. When asked for extra plates, In room dining person at 127 shouted on us that cutlery cannot be provided as they have to provide service in Havana resto and pub at 4th floor. Overall it was a pathetic stay. Not at all recommended.
This review is directed towards Havana, from where I have started to order food through Swiggy on a regular basis. Excellent taste, quality and packing of food. My No.1 choice for North Indian food in Manipal.
The hotel is located at one of the best places in Manipal. All to-be places are easily accessible from here. It has clean rooms, good service and helpful staff. The prices can be a little steep in comparison to the other hotels in Manipal that provide better designed rooms at this cost. But, overall it's a good choice :)
It's ultimate stay for normal budget, excellent bathroom too i.e with hot and cold water, electric heater for hot water and coffe, good parking area, 13 km from malpe beach. What not, excellent room facilities, pub in 3rd floor, restaurant in in 1st floor. Friendly hospitality. For the money i have spent in Dussehra season, I would give 5 stars out of five.
hotel was good. there was a pub on roof of the hotel & the music was too loud so we were unable to sleep till late night. we even called reception for higher music sound to reduce it but there was no action. the noise levels were same and smokey smell was there is rooms also. pros:- 1) hotel location was good and accessible 2) many food facilities nearby 3) hotel parking available cons:- 1) smells in room 2) little unclean washrooms 3) loud noise levels of music were heard in room and was so disturbing and we were unable to sleep for some time.
Very good and well maintained hotel with great experience
The rooms were near and clean. They are super flexible as well we reached Manipal at 7 our checkin time was at 2 PM since the rooms were available he let us checkin at 7 itself. They have their own restaurant they serve food till 10:30 also let us order food from out as well.Overall a good experience.
They have Havana resto bar on the first floor for enjoying with friends and family.Delicious food and choice of alcoholic non alcoholic drinks are on the menu.Good service.Neat and clean bar and restaurant.Prices are reasonable.

Decent rooms, neat and clean. But their restaurant food is just awesome ... I love their tawa chicken, kebab biriyani, malai prawns and fish masala fry. Their menu is too huge, you can hesitantly order anything from it and it will be served rightly.
