Hotel Saptagiri - Hotel in Secunderabad - Hyderabad, India

The hotel is really good and clean. The rooms are super spacious and we'll maintained. The only thing which stopped me from giving 5 stars to this hotel is the washroom. Washrooms are also super spacious it just needs an upgrade with new tiles and taps and buckets if to be kept. Food is good breakfast is healthy and limited.

Hotel staff are very bad. Room condition is bad. I have booked for single bed, they give twine bed. I could not sleep through out the night. Dinner was booked, they didn't provide stating kitchen is closed. They left me hungry in the night. No follow up calls for guest. They could have kept parcel as dinners. The staff was non cooperative

It is well located, near the station. It's quite an old one but we'll maintained. Rooms are clean n quite spacious. Breakfast is really nice n lots of variety.

I have had the worst experiance ever by booking at this hotel, I have had a booking at this hotel under the name of Jegatheesan for the dates November 24th and 25th nights, I pre booked 4 months back with full payment and they took 1 month to confirm my booking and payment. I called them today to cancel my booking due to unexpected personal reason the person who answered my call was very rude, he told me the booking was non refundable which is ok I would never go to this hotel again but his way of talking customer is very band and he says I don't understand English which is very rude and unprofessional. His name is Kumar and he said he is the front office manager. Management kindly take interest in teaching your staff some customer handling and professionalism.

We are currently staying here and it is horrible experience altogether. They have put posters all across the hotel for the boarders to comply that too after taking a confirmed booking. When we called up house keeping, they diverted us to room service and we recived a denial of giving 3 dishes to have dinner which we got from outside as the food preparation here is horrible. The service boys I'll treat boarders and you so not get any positive response from the reception. I could not see a manager here who is managing the hotel.

A bad experience. We visited, and we were served water only after we asked for it a couple of times. We ordered our favourite dishes and the poori was made from stale Dough. Tasted bitter. On bringing it to the notice of the staff........they retaliated pretty rudely. And refused to listen to our complaint. The lady was rude. Would request for this to be trimmed.

Old Property....Near n Clean...Very close to Secunderabad Bustand / Railway station... For Solo n Family ..good property

I had very bad experience at saptagiri. Room service was very bad. Staff was too rude. TV was not working when asked reception told recharge is over. Room was not cleaned properly bathroom and toilet was also not clean properly. Room was smelling very bad no room freshener was used. Please don't book room here and waste your money and time
