Worst experience. No waiter for room service, small cockroach insect, bathroom is not cleaned,very old design tv and after no of attempt ac is not working , no cold mineral bottle available, even no of compalint they are not ready to change room always telling hotel is full but fact is that more than 50% room empty Finally at 10 i decided to change the hotel.Owners is not worry for customer when i reach to counter they offer me another book earlier hotel was full but i finally decide to leave the hotel and opt good hotel with the help of again goibibo Thanks for the cooperation and accepting genuin help

Its my worst experience throughout my life.. As per your snaps shown on app i selected tht hotel. But its horrible.. I suggest no one go to sapphire hotel.. I shared some snaps also which shows the actual condition of hotel. Television not working, washroom too dirty, floor is full of dark patches.. Walls full of dirt, bedsheet pillow all are in worst condition... Lodge is better than this hotel..

In one word 'pathetic'. I have never seen such worst and poorly manged hotel. They are charging quite lot of money for small 8'*10' cubical which they call "Executive AC Rooms". Even these cubicals are having damp, mildew covered walls and are foul smelling. Bathroom have no exhaust. Small 10 lt geyser fitted with extra pipes over tiles. Therefore, one can not have hot shower bath. Washbasin also do not have connection for hot water. When I checked in bed sheet and pillow cover were not changed, they were very dirty and having hairs all over. On my request only these were changed. Towels were not provided despite repeated request because they were running short of dry towels. Hotel have no restaurant. Complimentary breakfast is either two 'Alu Parathas with curd or "Puri bhaji" (one thing only) and tea or coffee' served in room. If you want anything else your have to pay. Even milk is not available. The room I booked was the highest category "Executive AC", so we can think of the condition of other rooms like "Standard non AC" & "Deluxe AC" Just avoid this hotel there are so many better options available nearby.

Total waste of money. It is better to stay in a 'Dharamshala' than this hotel. Small damp rooms with mould over wall, smelling bad. We were offered the best room in the hotel (shown by hotel in photographs) and even that was in very bad shape. Bed sheets and pillow covered were dirty. This was the condition of the best category room i.e. "Executive AC room". Breakfast was limited to one item per person served in room. Even the tea cattle had no cap, it was covered by aluminium foil (photo attached). No toiletries provided. Even towels were not available despite repeated request.

The hotel is just a 5 min drive from Habibganj railway station and 20-25 minutes from the Raja bhoj airport as well as the Bhopal junction railway station. The standard rooms aren't really big but the deluxe rooms have enough space. They have TV and AC's in every room. Food is okay but the best part is their prompt room service. They do have a basement as well which can hold around 50-60 people easily. It's a 5 floor hotel and does have a lift as well. It's not a very high end hotel but won't disappoint you other than in terms of room space.

We stayed here for almost a week reason being the stay was preplanned from a third party sponsor. The rooms were so dirty, smelly and not at all comfortable. They are not even worth 300 or 400 bucks. The staff was equally rude and non supportive. I would like you to check the images of the rooms first uploaded by me and then finalize your deal. Wish I could give anything less than 1 star . Very disappointed!!!

There was no functioning shower. We asked for an extra towel and didn't get it. Room wasn't cleaned. Very poor service. There was waste from the previous residents. Bedsheets had stains and hair of people here before us.

Pathetic hospitality, no respect for new customers with no welcome behaviour, the moment you will talk to people is seems to like you have entered in a wrong place where they are so much busy and you are wasting their time i have spoken to some Mr Rahul at reception,and highly immature behaviour of the person attended first. High sugar in coffee or tea, non tasty breakfast, and above all the image shown in the room gallery is far above the room which they give you, rooms and bathrooms are nontidy, waiter serve you with the tray kept on floor then he prepares the tea or coffee which you have ordered. People will know better looking on the images of their so called their AC rooms. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL TO TRAVELLERS
