The Hotel is hardly 1 km from the Main Market. Hotel can be access easily. Hotel has ample parking facilities, indoor games are also available. During winter, campfire also available. Breakfast options are limited. Food is although good.

Excellent Stay, loved the staff efficiency, they helped us get the room at the last moment. I liked the rooms, toiletries were missing but as soon as I called them they provided everything required within 5 mins. The location is also prime right in the city. I would highly recommend anyone visiting Ooty for the first time to stay here. Cherry on the top, if u have a driver with u they provide a driver stay as well with parking.

My third visit. Post Covid, the management changed. Location is very good. Best part is that the hotel staff always tries hard to make customer happy. Good food. Great for family as well as family with small kids. Ample parking available.

Excellent non smoking rooms, No bad smell. Very clean Room and bathroom. Separate gycer for each room which provides uninterrupted hot water during said timings. Tasty complimentary South Indian breakfast. Near to botanical Garden. Walkable to city center. All the staffs are very supportive. They have good parking facility. Entire property is maintained very clean and hygiene. Rooms looks like as their photos on their website. Overall good stay.

The rooms are too good and clean and the service is available 24*7 and they even arrange cabs for sight seeing for which it would be a seperate payment. Rooms are very affordable compared to other stays in Ooty, this is a child friendly stay and food is available easily. The room is in a main area where botanical garden is at 15mins walk.

Really good for family stay bcoz location and staffs are vely polite and decent service.Please take food from restaurant it's really good for quantity and quality.

Hotel Management is not good at all! They don't respond! We booked this hotel and paid the full amount but fue to some medical emergency we had to cancel it and shared the medical reports as well. Post that we are trying to get the refund but they are not responding neither on mail nor on calls, whenever we are calling they are just putting the call on hold for hours!

Rooms are very comfortable and at prime location.. Very active and helpful service team. Would surely recommend to friends and families. 5 stars for sure.. Thanks team
