Hotel Sapphire - Hotel in Zirakpur - S.a.s Nagar, India

Hey everyone, I wanted to share how great my experience was at this hotel. The ambience is fantastic, and the staff, from ground level to the top, knows exactly how to handle guests. They welcome you warmly, no matter who you are. I particularly appreciated their service. I shared my previous awful experience at Golden Plaza just the day before, where they messed up my fiancee's birthday. In response, this hotel upgraded my room for free and gave me one with a front view. One small detail that made a big difference for me was their attention to personal care. In many hotels, even those of a 3-star caliber, you usually get the basics like shampoo, soap, and lotion. However, here, they went the extra mile by providing packed toothbrushes and toothpaste, which left a positive impression. They also have ample parking space. A friend of mine had to wait in the lobby because his bus was scheduled for 3 AM. The staff not only allowed him to wait in the waiting area but also provided him with a blanket and pillow. I truly appreciate the level of care and professionalism shown by the staff. It's rare to find a team that treats guests so well, both as professionals and as fellow human beings. Thanks a bunch for the exceptional service!

Room was smelling like mould. Bed sheets and pillows stink like hell. No hot water. TV or Electric kettle or WiFi, Nothing was working in the room. Contacted the reception but no one turned up to even check. Have some shame whoever managing this place. If you can't run it properly don't accept bookings or shut it down. Severely Unhygienic

Average hotel. Suitable for single men to stay for only one night if they have to catch flight in morning. Not suitable for families, specially kids. Unhygienic rooms and wash rooms. They did't change bedsheets for sure. I spent the night without a sleep. Food is tasty. Location is decent for airport. Room services are okay.

After looking at multiple hotels on multiple platforms I chose this one from the pictures online. Only the rates are premium..the rooms and very small..bathrooms are smaller than standard, so much that you can't open the door fully it hits the washbasin, half way through! Must say that the restaurant/dining staff are really polite and professional, good food too but for accommodation I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone. Infact, I booked the stay on a diff platform by paying in advance and when i arrived here they told me that the payment was for single adult and had to pay extra for 2nd person in a room. When i checked the website i booked on, the rates for both single and double occupancy of the room was same, and I believe that's the standard. I understand a third occupancy may cost extra but 2 adults rate for a room is what is put usually for booking!! I don't know..just not happy here.

Hotel Sapphire not only being the worst hotel on earth it is the worst hotel in the milkiway galaxy. Our cab was a better place to sleep. Never even try to stay here. The pillows are filled with hair. The wall has swollen. Telephone also not working. They took Rs1400 for a comfy "extra bed" and we got a very thin matress. kRpyaa krke gltii se bhii mt ruknaa / jy shrii raam!

Had a good stay at Hotel Sapphire. Good hospitality and polite attitude of the staff makes it even more comfortable. Rooms are not as new or alike new but that will not disturb the comfort you might get during your stay. If these things doesn't bother you as much, hotel is recommended. Friendliness of the people working at the hotel.

It was a very bad experience! They took 4 hours to give water bottle in the room! Very bad experience, don't go ! Only food staff was good, rest it was a worst experience for me!

Chkd in at 11PM, asked to keep room ready since it will be very late. Hotel conf. everything is okay. Given no flush working, bed sheet dirty with hairs all around. After 1.5hrs I forced hotel to change my room as it was getting very late. Given RM#312, again, linen were dirty and bathroom with NO exhaust fan except a pipe duct to suck out smell and moisture due to hot water. Experience was pathetic. I will strongly discourage to avoid this hotel. My experience 5 yrs back was good with this hotel but not now. It has deteriorated significantly over the last 5 yrs. However, I must praise the staffs in the restaurant, they were very courteous and helpful. Can recall a old staff seen 5 yrs back and Thanks to this team.As above.
