I have stayed for 2 days in deluxe room. The service was superb the staff behaviour is so polite and helpful. Coffee and tea served is great. Unlimited break fast is one on the best. Wifi service is super. Overall visit this place is you are having family.

Fraud. Worst experience. I travel a lot but this hotel staff was very unprofessional. When we went to checkout, they charged 1500 rs extra citing late checkout fees, which was not applicable basis verbal confirmation from them when we booked. I mean charging the fees is fine, but if they have agreed for something and then they go back on their words, it shows greed and unprofessionalism. Not good experience.

My stay in Hotel Sapna was really fantastic. Very polite and attentive staff, view in front of Hotel is very positive and safe environment. Will think again to stay here in future. Family friendly Hotel

Rooms were dirty. The toilet bathroom was so dirty that you won't even dare to touch the flush. Lack of service. Nobody even helped getting the luggage to the vehicle. Not even they help to open the lift. They just look and watch.

It's a 2 star budget executive hotel. Executive Rooms are spacious, service ok. It's kept neat and clean. They keep tight screening on guest's identity, even just as a visitor to a business I had to share my identity details. This hotel is operating since long. Just the ownership is changed now. It's located in the prime area of city. Deccan bus stand, municipal corporation and bus depot, Bal Gandharva, Sambhaji Garden are nearby. It also has proximity to Shivajinagar bus stand and railway station. You would get good popular food joints just road across. This place itself has a famous Shahi Bhojanalay which is popular.

Excellent and hygiene rooms.and good service. Easy road access to reach hotel. Food is tasty and fresh. We must see it again.

Excellent budget hotel in the heart of city. Buffet breakfast had good options and was fresh. Service is good as well. However I recommend the management to improve the quality of washroom. Would prefer to choose Hotel Ibizz Sapna.

We had an excellent and relaxing stay at My Bizz Hotel Sapna. The service is wonderful and it's a very comfortable and safe place for families. We felt at home with the cooperative and cordial services of the security, receptionists, housekeeping and room service executives. Breakfast was delicious. The location is central and easily accessible. We surely plan to come back soon for a pleasing stay. Thank you!
