Hotel Santosh Dham - Best Hotel - Hotel in Vrindavan - Mathura, India

Hotel looks good only in photos. Room service is quite poor. They don't even provide complimentary water bottles. I have to call the reception thrice for water bottle. Kettle was broken. Shower wasn't working as expected. There was no tissue paper. I had to wait a lot to get it, room service is very slow. At restaurant, they take a lot of time to serve food - atleast 30minutes. Beds weren't of good quality and also the blanket. Didn't like it overall as per the price it's mentioned

Rooms are spacious and mostly clean, service is good and prompt. Restaurant take special requests and accomodate to suit taste buds of your little ones. Location is nearby to all major sites, and battery operated rickshaws are available most time outside the hotel.

Family room is excellent, the size of room is very big, with all facilities. Bathroom is OK, You can get 2rooms attached, with both rooms having ac, TV. Good place to stay for many days. Their restaurant's food is very good, with breakfast buffet including which is very tasty

Worst place in vrindawan staff behaviour is very rude and disrespectful they don't consider you as guest at all they see your face and if they like your face they will give you good service otherwise forget about any hospitality from this place consider any other hotel in vrindawan if you want to make your holiday experience good . Edit : after hotel's review Radhey Radhey First of all you didn't fed us we have paid you for the food and didn't ask you to fed us . If you don't have enough resources for outside guest so just politely say no. We are happy to leave the place but we have waited 2 hours in the lobby. And sir you are saying we arrive at 1 am just ask your receptionist when we arrived our entering time was 9:45 pm and and how many times we have said to take our order and also you don't give us the food that we have ordered .

The worst restaurant I have ever seen in my life. The food court is worst as hell, they don't have any kind of addicts and supportive staff in it. All these 5 star reviews are just myth.

Worst property ever visited in Vrindavan. I am a frequent visitor in Vrindavan. It was for the first time I had a bad experience. Rooms are not clean. No complementary water bottles in a fare of 2900rs. Hotel staff is not very humble.

Fraud hotel. The hotel charged high amount from us even though we booked at a lower rate. There were other customers as well complaining to him. Strongly recommend to go for other hotel.

1. Location is good, outside from the crowdy places. Take e-rickshaw for visiting temples. 2. I have booked Queen sized room and it was quite big, they have upgraded my room on request. 3. For breakfast, they have Aloo Puri/Cholle Bhatoore/Aloo Parantha/Bread Butter/Toast/Poha/Tea/Coffee/Butter Milk 4. Rooms were very clean, staff was also supportive 5. Only improvement which they can do in rooms is to provide water bottles(guests are charged for the same) and to have a mini freeze
