Beds and sheets were neat and clean, however, the bathroom needs upgradation and so do the facilities. The walls are thin and you can hear people in the room next to yours, plus guests were very noisy shouting in the corridors. The support staff was very helpful but the reception staff needs to be more welcoming. Breakfast was not so good, with minimal choice and there are no tables in the dining hall (you are supposed to put your plate on your lap and eat). For the amount they are charging for the room, I don't think it's worth it.

We two elderly couples,stayed in the hotel from 6th to 10th Nov'23 for visiting Ujjain &Malwa to have a darshan of Sri Mahakal and Sri Omkareswar.The rooms,the food,the service everything is very good there.The managers and the staffs are cooperative, helpful and polite.we really enjoyed our stay . However,the lone wash basin inside the toilet is quite irritating and would like to suggest to install at least 2 wash basins close to the dining hall for convenience of the diners.
One of the good hotels in Indore. Though the lift and the person at reception in the morning are scaryy but the rooms are really beautiful. I have just reduced 1 point for the behaviour of the receptionist. He could have explained me in a good way rather being rude. Rest all 5 star.
As per the location it's good, but my God, the rooms are like hellish and dirty with bad odour and no lighting across rooms. Very bad experience, they show something on site, and deliver something different. We are fooled actually by their ambience.

It was a decent stay , good budget, as we were there for one night only. Two rooms for 4k with a good location(20 min away from airport ) and the food was awesome. It was nice dal and aloo jeera right from your home's kitchen. Loved for a budget stay. Very near to the famous Rasgulla shop of indore.
