we got room on second floor and lift was not working.water cooler was not working, but we can get some cold water from fridge ,if available. There was no good restra near hotel, this hotel is situated near automobile market.Bathroom , electric switch board condition is not good. TV was not working. No wifi available. Hotel staff is good, but hotel seems horrible
