good location, average rooms and worst service. we stayed as a family here for 4 days and the room was cleaned only once that too after continuous requests. they were having some maintenance work going on and it was very noisy drilling sounds right next to our room and when asked to make it never day or change of room they denied it. They have cab and scooter rentals but you shall get a better price outside. there are many options if you just go 100m from the hotel to the main road.
One of the worst experience in this hotel. Service is worst . Staff was just blaming each other for late service....they always had reasons for the same . In the morning i ordered Aloo Paratha with curd .......curd came after 20 min.... toilet flush was not working properly. Lift had issues, we were stuck in the lift . Staff had to open door manually. In night only one staff for entire hotel as per their information. Next day morning before starting trip we asked them to do room service , which was not done even after we came that at 6 pm . We had to wait for half an hour in waiting room for that . During that time we asked for complementary tea which was worth of 80 in total........but when we checking out they added price for the same ,... which was unbearable .... Service 0/5 Good property but such a bad example of hotel management.....

Hotel was located near by station we had good stay in hotel ,staff was good but only had problem with hot water, their was no hot water after 9 am while asking for hot water they use to give 2 bucket of hot water...... Or else everything was good.

This place is conveniently located half a km from railway station. We stayed for 2 days in Feb 2023. Service at reception and kitchen staff were attentive and good. Rooftop restaurant was very airy and had beautiful views of city palace and temple in the day and night. Good homemade style food freshly cooked at request. They were helpful in booking taxi at request for a trip to Mount Abu. We recommend this place for stay.
