Overall awesome but in MAP plan they used to go for fixed items, as I experienced in another hotels I suggest you to fix the smount like 1000/- or some amount for dinner purpose so they can choose as per their wish.

Had been to attend a function at the Banquet hall . The convenient location made it easy to reach while the staff helped with (valet) parking. Food was excellent - well prepared and served with great courtesy.

Nice rooms and good service. The breakfast buffet was very good. Had a variety of South Indian dishes and were tasty and mouthful. The location is also good because of connectivity to surrounding places.

Worst food, I went with family and none of the food items were tasty. Unfortunately, I couldn't capture any good pictures. But I would never recommend them if you prefer quality and taste. In fact, I prepare better cream of mushroom soup than their chef. You will feel a maida taste instead of cream and more like sweet in taste as well.

This is my third or fourth time stay at the hotel. It is always pleasant experience, but this time it was bit disappointing. In the bath, no toiletries except soap, the water flow in wash basin was very slow, the shower handle was too tight to move and bath towels were not looking fresh, looking dirty. I stayed two nights, but they didn't replenish the complimentary water bottles. As such I didn't use TV but some friends staying in other rooms were complaining about not working of Dish TV in their rooms. I was to reach to hotel around 10.30pm and i was told that the food will be served till 11.00 pm. On reaching the hotel, the receptionist told me that the kitchen is closed. I showed him the message, but he said they are closed. Next morning, for the morning breakfast we placed dosa - tea order, they couldn't serve it till almost after 20 minutes after the order and again and again we had to ask for it. The food quality was excellent.

The buffet prices are good. And the spread is decent. However when we reached the hotel it was about 10.15 am and closing time for breakfast. So everything was cold, there were a lot of fruit flies near the plates and the staff cooperated in washing the plates for us.. they did get us fresh dosa and Paratha, but the Pongal,idlis and shavige bath - we had to literally scrape at the bottom of the vessels... Coffee was really good. However the concern was the next day i had an upset stomach - maybe because we had to consume the last parts of a few dishes which were left uncovered as we visited during closing times.. best would be alacarte if chosing such a time.

We booked this for a birthday party. The hotel is good but the service is pathetic. They were least bothered to provide necessary things. Even to get a knife it was so difficult. They played the music after all the party was over. There was no one dedicated to the hall to look into all these small things. The food was not at all good for the price we paid. They also cheated on the quantity of food. Almost 40 people did not turn up but when they gave the remaining food it did not serve 10 people. This was a very bad service from their end. We had paid for it but they were least bothered to give us. Please think before booking this.
