Great stay option on the national highway! Clean modern rooms, comfy bed, clean bathrooms with toiletries.. Fast check in and check out.. Very nice breakfast spread.. The owner was so kind to personally supervise and recommend dishes to us. We felt very welcomed. The staff was very polite too.

We booked 3 rooms at this place through a phone call. The rooms are spacious and neat, but the AC in one of the rooms wasn't working properly. In all the 3 washrooms there was foul smell coming out of the drains. We pointed it out to the management and they took a look but the smell was back after a few hours. Additionally while booking we had asked about the gym and pool. We were told pictures are on their website (which is non functional) and on Google. After visiting we realised the gym was very basic but okay for a day and the pool was completely non functional due to maintenance. Nobody mentioned this while booking even after having asked. The breakfast spread was included in the stay and was delicious. The property is really good and has great potential to be an amazing space for families to stay, just needs more attention to detail

Good place to stay in. Good ambience and good food. I got a bad headache, I was surprised to know that such premium hotels don't have basic emergency medicine. As a lot of people come here to stay for business and such instances are very common. Having such basic medicines would be a great help.

We had a function recently here, the ambience is very good, good place to keep small functions, the only concern was as the roof is made up of sheet, it tends to get hotter, but they provided us air cooler when asked, without any extra charges. Another thing was that they do not provide any room if you book a hall, they charge extra for the room. Food was delicious, ideally the taste gets neglected but here they maintained the taste.

This was my second stay at this hotel. The hotel is good and the facility is well maintained. In case you are booking the rooms , don't use their website. It doesn't support any changes in booking. One annoying aspect is that the room service personnel knock the door any anytime for clearing or for just checking whether the room . I am experienced this twice , checking at 11 pm. The rooms are good but the external noise from banquets is a disturbance. The USP of this hotel is their food at Rochak restaurant and the buffet served . The staff needs to be trained for hospitality.

Beware of the front desk staff. Despite having MAP plan they tried charging separately for a dinner. They never bothered to inform the guest that only a limited menu is available under MAP. After guest has ordered food of his/her choice, at the time of billing they'll blame guest for not informing restaurant about MAP plan (so that they can limit his food options). When you confront Hotel manager about it, he'll boast of his resume (not less than Taj and Ritz) and will ask you not to behave like you're in a dhaba. This treatment was meted out for a corporate booking of a reputed national level institution. Good luck to lesser mortals!

Good and clean rooms. Excellent food. Costlier than other restaurants in Belgaum but the quality of food is good. Their continental section is pretty good.

Located at best location here. Quality of the food is very Good. But service is bit slow. These hotel is not for those who are in hurry,
