HOTEL SANKALP - Hotel in Bhavnagar - Bhavnagar, India

The location was nice. Unfortunately the lift wasn't working and on the 2nd floor they were having a garbha practice session till 10pm. Rooms are good and spacious for a night stay. Food can be ordered for in room dining

We stayed at the hotel for 4 days. Overall room was fine with few issues in service. - Water bottle was not provided daily without requesting it. - Re-used single use mineral water plastic bottle (the one we see everywhere) was used to provide water. This is really ridiculous and harmful for health as god knows how old those bottles were. Also, those bottles were to be thrown away after single use. - Blankets and bed sheets were not properly cleaned. I requested to change them but nobody paid attention. - Bath Towels and soap were not replaced everyday without requesting. - The sachets of shampoo, tea, cream etc you see in those shiny photos uploaded by hotel owner are not provided at all. Conclusion is room was OK and service needs lot of improvements.

Worst maintenance not at all clean dirty rooms and bathroom I will not recommend this to anyone

It's a beautiful place to stay with family..i love it nice hotel..in a silent Area in Bhavnagar..

I totally do not recommend this place !! The worst hotel i stayed first of all the hotel looked decent but when we got to our room we were disguised the door had cracks in it looked like it will break , the fans were too low even if we raise our hand it will touch the fan , the tiles weren't proper and was scratched , before we came the old people's dustbin waste weren't taken out and the ac wasn't working properly and about the bathroom i don't have words to describe it totally waste it was all dirty they didn't clean the bathroom the window's glasses were broke like anyone can see from outside the blankets were tore literally the worst experience it's not worth for the price....

Worst experience! Air conditioner not working at all! Too much noise and no cooling at all! No room service, not even a bottle of hygienic drinking water or a cup of tea!

wonderful experience. the hotel is located in a safe upscale residential place . the hotel room was absolutely neat n clean, toilets were clean and the hotel staff was very welcoming. thank you

Very dirty system. Here we re-use plastic bottles. These people and the same clean it and give it to the customer. The behavior of the one who sits here in the reception is very dirty.Customer support is not here at all. So ignore staying in this hotel.
