I travel around the world and I personally work in the service industry. This property was the worst i have stayed for the tariff they charged us. We just wanted the room for the night and as we reached the hotel we agreed on a room and negotiated on what I need to pay him we both agreed and I left for dinner, on the way back he gave us another room which we didn't agree upon but I was too tired to argue and stayed anyway. During our stay we got no soap, only a small blanket for each person and very dirty towels and bathroom. Plus you don't find anyone in the lobby once you have paid your money. They are least bothered about services so avoid staying in this property and find yourself a better hotel even if you have to pay a little extra for it.
Hello Traveller's! If you are in North Lakhimpur, make sure you skip this hotel as they are worst in many things such as: 1) Service 2) Hospitality 3) Customer experience and many more. The list is long They will not provide you with anything except the room unless you ask for it. NEVER STAY HERE
