Hotel Sanjary Palace - Hotel in Mumbai - Mumbai Suburban, India

Comfortable Stay. I would like to tell everyone to stay at this hotel at least once. Mr. khalid shaikh is a very good person. Even though I was checking out late, he did it for free without taking a single penny. Humanity is still alive.

The room was good enough, spacious as according to mumbai. But apart from room, the regular services lacks. The room was not properly cleaned even after telling the manager. The door bell was not in working conditions and there was no readiness for drying up the towel of their own. When asked for new towel then they provided the wet towel.

ABSOLUTELY DO NOT RECOMMEND!! I stayed here just for a day and it was one of the worst hotel experiences i have ever had in my life and i am not even exaggerating. The hotel is surrounded by slums and the only redeeming quality is the location. You will get a rikshaw easily and and it's very close to the US consulate and VAC. The rooms and the toilets are so small it's not even worth mentioning. There is no ventilation here and the only window that opens has a dirty gap between the wall outside, that feels like has not been cleaned for decades. The bed was infested with leeches and the blanket had a weird smell to it. There is not even a place to eat in the room, so you will basically have to put the plate on your thighs and eat. The intercoms don't work and you will have to call the receptionist on his personal phone(and sometimes he does not even pick up the call). There are literally only 2-3 breakfast options and whatever they are serving has no standard. It feels like they are running out of utensils and do not bother to unpack the food they serve(my dinner was a parcel bag and i was told to unpack it). The worst part about this hotel is the receptionist. He doesn't even bother about your complains. He completely forgot my breakfast order and didn't even bother to apologise for it. Please do not make the mistake I made. It's not worth it. Not sure why this hotel is marked 3 star.

The rooms are very small, but its seems to be perfect Comings to service. This is not best room for long day stays, so better to choose other hotels there are so many nearby and Don't trust every review.

The rooms are clean,very comfortable and the staff was good, near airport and jio word trade centre other all things are very good and fine

No ratings for this hotel but I gave it one otherwise if there is something below zero that's my answer cause it's doesn't exist in the list of hotels it's an horrible place nothing else. Even a lodge is far more better than this. Simply one of the most fraudest and worst hotel I've ever seen in my life. The pictures which they have posted on their website, I think they are the pictures during it's inauguration otherwise the rooms are literally small washrooms are not washrooms they are like public toilet as well as the AC doesn't work properly and the whole staff is fraud and they will ask you to pay first after that they will provide you a worst horrible room.

Near US consulate.. If you can adjust for a day or two it's fine.. Rooms are really small.. But you have an interview there I would say it's fine.. Gotta protect kids from mosquitoes and bed bugs.. So my people if you think I need the best room go ahead and book in Trident for 10 to 15k or book hear for 2 to 3k..
