While visiting the restaurant in person to pick up my order, I encountered an unexpected delay, particularly with the boneless chicken biryani family pack. It took more than 45 minutes, which was longer than anticipated. I wanted to bring this to your attention with the hope that improvements can be made to enhance the efficiency of in-person order fulfillment. Thank you for considering my feedback.
If You are really looking forward to have any function in this hotel I really suggest you not to take up at all I had my close brother reception happening here and the management is least bother about the food decoration lights and lift and the parking places pathetic the food is worst and the management is least bothered for this. for the God says please do not choose this hall any kind off function. Sad reality. The AC doesn't work properly. The manager is least bothered to the fans or AC stands for the bride and groom. Total experience was worst and waste of money. How much you shout on manger or management is least bothered. The kitchen is nothing special to eat food here. Local chefs with dirty underground serve food.
We had a get together with our Engineering classmates, the place was perfect for our party since most of us met almost after 17 years, we had a seperate cabin for us to be served a kind is special room. The ambience was good, menu was like a loaded paper with dishes ,almost we ordered 10- 12 items from menu, we ordered drinks and non veg first. It was served hot and fresh. Everything was taken care of song numbers at the back, lighting, cleanliness, hygiene, separate smoke area and seating order. The place has got ample parking.
I have been to this place for family lunch on my brothers suggestion. It was the week day but still it was crowded. The ambience of a typical modern day restaurant. We've ordered noodle soup which was good, chicken majestic which was not good, loose prawns it was excellent, methi chicken not good, roti was ok, spl chicken was really good. Overall its a mixed bag experience for us. Few of the items were good few are not.
I have seen chocroches roaming here and there. Even on the dining table too. Not as expected. Food taste was good. I didn't order much after seeing chocroches on the tables.
Earlier every item is good... now a days quality is very poor... Biryani no taste and rice also not good, minimum taste also not there not yet all recommended, overall waste of money... Needs lot improvement in the food.. Welcoming and responding to customers needs to be improved a lot...

Quality & taste decreased drastically after new management & the cooking staff...We bought chicken biryani & 3 chicken fried rice on Saturday(take away) and the taste of them is pathetic! Prices are very high & they are not even worth half the price we paid!
