Speaking of the rooms, they were nothing short of luxurious. From the comfortable bed to the elegant decor, every detail was carefully thought out to create a welcoming and relaxing atmosphere. The cleanliness and tidiness of the room were impeccable, and the amenities provided were of the highest quality. I particularly enjoyed the spacious bathroom and the complimentary toiletries that were replenished promptly every day.
There is support staff, they are providing room which led not working Ac switch damage & laptop charger point not working.for future will avoid staying here .

Stayed for 2 nights with family. Hotel is just OK. Bathroom and room was not that great. Hot water was not available all the time. Breakfast was not good. Parking was on the road. Telephone in the room was not working. So for any request you need to go to the reception. Mattress and blankets were not clean. Towels were not provided. Complementary Water bottles were not provided.

PATHETIC attitude, hotel people behaves like they own whole BHOPAL and make you feel miserable. Hotel rooms and food is not that bad but staff attitude is such that overall you will not want to stay there.
One words ! If This hotel is the last option in the world then go for it but a railways rooms or even platforms of RKMP station is better, About attitude of staff they are here to stare on guests and harass you ... they're selling their igo instead service .. by Dec 2023 this property will not be there or it will be in loss the way they're operating
