The only good thing is the big room and close proximity to the main tourist location. The staff at the front desk has zero courtesy towards the customer. The old gentleman at the front desk was very rude and was relentless in asking for cash instead of UPI payment saying that they don't have that payment option, removed QR code which was hidden in the drawer for scanning only after telling them that we will pay cash the next day only. After checking in towels and water was not available in the room asking for it and wifi password started complaining that we complained too much, on the second day asking for fresh towels and water he told laundry is not available and suggested to drink tap water only provided it after a big argument and intervention by other staff members. The front desk staff is rude and thinks that they are doing favour instead of providing service to the customer who pays them the money for the service
Amazing and clean rooms. Perfect for couple , family and friends. Excellent buffet breakfast. Very near to temple , beaches and ferry. Must stay for long durations as it is budget friendly too.
Hotel is clean and close to most attractions in Kanyakumari... AC room for 2 is rs 2500... AC room for 4 is rs 3000... Worth the price.. there is restaurant beneath... Or there are other restaurants nearby... TV, cupboard, towels available in all rooms.. Soap was not provided...
Food was not good, don't try mushroom biryani n veg paneer rice. AC was not sufficient for a full hotel , only 2is working others are off, most of the people in other tables are too compliant AC issue . Car parking limited 10cars can accommodate. Very close to tourist spots
After hunting down couple of places we finally landed a good deal with Hotel Sangam in Kanyakumari. They also have parking space. We went with no expectations but when we saw the rooms we were very happy with what we got. The hotel was very neat, looked like new construction or renovated the rooms were spacious where they could accommodate 4-5 adults in one double room and also sleep peacefully. We got a deal with breakfast which was worth as they have buffet breakfast menu (idly ,dosa , vadai, Puri , Pongal , sweet , tea , coffee and juice). This is a good hotel , we had a great experience. The rooms we got had sea view and we could actually sea the sunrise. overall a great stay and recommended.
This is a nice hotel with good location. We were 6 and stayed in room 511. It has two washrooms and this was icing on the cake. Good hotel at reasonable price.
We didn't stay but had lunch in the restaurant which was with full of flies. The meal is costing Rs.180 but not even worth for Rs.50 .Rice semi cooked and no taste on other things.No hygiene. Don't go there.
