Nice budget lodge in civil lines area of Sagar. Room tariff is nominal but they don't have good food options so try to avoid ordering food from room. Instead try restaurants nearby. Room size is just sufficient for two persons.
TV was there but only free channels available.location is good.no restaurant facility available. anyone can order food from outside hotels.

Reasonable price...rooms are specious and very well maintained.
The owner and the manager are crooks. He promised us an a/c room on 10th March to be installed before 15th march. Everytime we asked him he showed some other room and when wanted to shift he told us the room is booked or we do not have the keys. This kept on going for days. Lastly we stayed till 27th in 30deg heat without a/c or cooler. But the owner did not feel ashamed and did not apologise even once.
The room service is so pathetic that I asked at the reception to send plates for dinner. We finished our dinner and still the plates did not arrive...
Pathetic experience. Do not visit this hotel in any case.

Staff behaviour not good. Check out time 24 hrs hotel rules if more then 1 hrs stay in hotel payment full for next day. Also Always tv not working in room. My experience if next time come in sagar stay in other but not stay here if any cost. My room no is 107 check in time 1.25 am on 7/3/22 and check out time 8/3/22 1.15 am.
Very bad behaviour of staff. I have checked in on 05.12.2022, 2.30 am and check out on 07.12.2022 at 7.30 am morning then manager is forcing to pay one day full payment of 5 hrs.

This hotel is located Rice city Gondia @ Civil lines but on a narrow street. They have a few open parking places and hence not a major issue. The rooms are good and the staff is supportive and well behaved. The atmosphere was great
