Hotel is in worst condition without ample staff and services. There is no hot water in the bathroom after 1'oclock noon and if you ask for water bottle after 10 pm. They don't have staff to deliver it. You need to get it by your own. Hotel is in very bad condition.
Location is the only Saving grace.. rooms are full of mosquitoes.. staff do not care to pick up your call during night hours..better options are available around the same area...look out for them...
Have been regular to this hotel due to my personal needs. Location is good very close to market and well connected to all important places in Lucknow. Staff is good and food is decent.

It's a 3 star property. The rooms are quite nice and comfortable. The staff are polite and well mannered. The hotel provides all the basic amenities like wifi room fridges room service etc.. the taste and quality of the food they serve is also quite good.
Oh and they give complimentary breakfast as well

I visited this hotel thrice for restaurant only. Always visited with small group for dinner and never saw any other guests. Food is ok and service not good. The price is cheap that's why our group offer party here.
