For a few hours rest, this is good. But should not have high expectations. Cost is reasonable when compared to other hotels nearby.

It's an average hotel. The following are positive and there few negative too. 1. Hotel located in center of the city and easy to reach. 2. Room is cleaned and AC is working good. 3. Hot water is available. 4. Reception staff are good and polite. and few negative sides are, 1. Wash room is not properly cleaned. 2. Used water stagnating at passage holes on wash room floor.3. Wash basin is leaking and the water is falling on feet.4. No response for phone calls which made to reception for room service.
Let me write the exact issue so that the business travellers would be the right judge before proceedings with this hotel. Booked the hotel for my official tour. Forgot to mention my organisation GST number at the time of booking. Later discussed with ** and got the written confirmation to get the GST invoice from hotel at the time of check out. Requested to provide the GST invoice by folded hands almost more than 100 times. Finally I have not received the invoice from the hotelier. But they have not provided the invoice without any valid reason (every time they keep on telling that as advised by our MD, we can't...) Secondly the hotel is situated inside a narrow road. They are having only 1 category of rooms & in they have opted for 2 category of rooms (Luxury & Wow rooms). They don't have a restaurant and supplying foods from outside at a triple margin price. Room is full of mosquitoes and cockroaches. Trust I am writing this review from the bottom of mu heart, so that no other person would be on my chair after spending one horrible night of his / her life.........
Hotel is on MG road in between Benz circle and bus stand near to Railway Station too.The rooms are equal to any Star hotel and you feel luxurious stay very neat and clean. only thing it doesn't have a restaurant but nearby many hotels are there walking distance. Overall very impressed with the standards
wooden floorings (sheets)are comming out from edges.. intercom was missing to communicate.. need to communicate in cell phone.. washbasin was leaking from bottom(somebody earlier also mentioned this not attended till now..)Creeking sound of fan, needs to be attended..somehow ok but not fully satisfied..
