Hotel service is too bad. We paid for extra mattress, they provide it but they didn't fix it. We had to fix the mattress for bedding. As we checked in the winter evening, we asked for hot water facilities. They informed that they supply hot water only from 4.00am to 12.00pm.We had to shower with cold water. They didn't provide the minimum toiletries like soap or shampoo. Room,washroom were dirty, they told they Don't have cleaning facilities at night. We are totally disappointed with their service.
Their service is truly great. Clean rooms and bathrooms and even all major TV channels are serviceable here. I hope this was helpful. Enjoy your stay!
I had a great experience at Hotel Sandhu Palace. They staff is super friendly and polite, they were always ready to help and serve us throughout our stay. Their restaurant is amazing and I really loved the delicious indian food they serve. Highly recommended.
Location is amazingly central Rooms are reasonable but do not have doorbells and the staff tries to barge in with the utilities requested. NO kettle, NO dustbin, NO fridge, NO power backup. Menu is overpriced The restaurant looked somewhat haunted and I could understand the reason after the first sip of my tea. The front office guy refused to provide wi-fi password quoting that the manager is travelling and he only has the password. The owner takes no interest in the overall functioning of the property and treats it just like a cash-cow Overall, I will keep it as my second-last resort for a business stay in Jodhpur. Staff is very friendly at hotel Sandhu palace it has clean rooms and fast service. It's centrally located and close to tourist spots. You can find great Indian food in the restaurants.
Very good location, the rooms are very spacious and well maintained but water flow in the wash room is poor, in winter hot water is supplied centrally in a restricted way. Lift service is available. For shopping National Handloom is very near. Rent of rooms are reasonable. Overall it is good one considering all such things.
Very neat and clear place in the middle of jodhpur city. Service is very good. Food is very delicious and available any food within 30 minutes. Lift service is available too. Room is very clean and in affordable price. Everything is in the budget.
