09/11/2023 I was stay one day at first floor 105 they charged around 700rs for 24hours apartfrom that 700rs advance. You can see there hole town of mosquito in that particular room total money is waste sleeps less day.dont take the rooms from sandheep residency.that is mosquito residency simply no comments.

Me and my family members visited this hotel on Aug 12th 2023, They showed us good rooms with Western commode attached bathrooms, and then they deposited two times room charge as a security deposit. After paying the advance and room charge they showed the real character. They provided uncleaned rooms which having Indian toilets that too in AC rooms, which became difficult to elders. We should go down near reception and ask to switch on the geyser and they will calculate the time. Morning except one room we vacate all the rooms and have kept our bags in a single room and went for darshan, after returning the owner came and talked rude with us, he didn't allowed us to take the luggage from room. As we kept all the luggage in only one room he charged extra money for all the 3 rooms. He started scolding women in a bad way, he didn't even returned the deposited money and threatened he will call his goons. In reception one senior person is there, I think he is owner. He won't talk with us while taking room but at the time of vacating the room he will enter. Even if you have toddler he will charge extra money as there is more than two members in a room. Please be cautious Edit : Mr. Owner, pls go and check first floor rooms, you will find Indian toilets. Why are you lying that your hotel don't have Indian toilets. Meanwhile, please tell to that reception guy not to behave bad with women, definitely he will be beaten by women oneday.

Price and rooms are good, service only problem, dust no neatness, bad name for hotel with service people

Beds are fine, room is full of dust and spider webs, rats are roaming around, not a good idea to stay here.

Rent was so high compared to other hotels, and room services are not good enough

Sandeep Residency is lying in his reply At the time of check in I asked manager, do I need to pay extra for 5 hours after checkout time, he said no. At the time of checkout they forced me to pay extra Rs1000 for for extra 5 hours. Who ever is reading plz note you will get better rooms @Rs500 per day within 100m of this Sandeep residency. They are charged @Rs1000 per day to me. No mobile tower you will find in side his room. Bathroom toilet is broken. Sandeep residency is registered in goibibo where 12 noon checkin checkout is there. Different hotels is having different check in policy. Only thing is when I enquire at the time of check in, we are expecting correct policy info. I went there to visit tirupati temple there, it's a fact happened to me, It's not like Sandeep residency doing cheap cheeting business. Sandeep Hotel is cheater hotel. They make money by cheating tourist coming from other states. There room rent is Rs800 approx in make my trip it's showing. But they charged me Rs1000 per day. Not only this , I checked in 5 :30 am Friday 24th march 23, during checking in I asked manager I am logging out by 11am on 26th march 2023 and do I need to pay for extra 5 hours, Manage said no extra money is required. But when I checked out, owner came and stated asking me to pay Rs1000 extra for extra 5 hours. He bahaved badly called some roudy people and forced me to pay Rs1000 exta as a one day charge

Hotel Sandeep, actually it's not hotel Sandeep, where I was stay its name Sri Sai Balaji Residency but on google I can't find this hotel, and i am also could not add this location. So that's why I suppose to have review on this name. 5-minute walking distance from tirupati bus stand. Family rooms are there only just Rs. 1200/-. if they can demand more amount then you have to negotiate the amount. The hotel is good, the bathrooms are clean, the balcony is nice, and the lift available, but not allowed for going to the 1st floor, TV not working, charging point is only 2, in family room the fan is only 1. So some services are nice and some are bad. Thank you

The location is 5 mins walkable distance from the main bus stand. So we can get quick transport to Tirumala. But just to get refreshed they are charging 1000. Rs 500 is more for this room. Very high cost but not worth it. Service is really poor. They will do nothing and ask for tips. The good thing is we'll get hot water to bath. Also would suggest saravana bhavan near the bus stand for food instead of other restaurants. The restaurant (Hotel SK) where we had food was not good. All cheaters camping around all holy places.
