Fantastic rooms given the pricing with adequate car parking. We had booked two AC Rooms for a night's stay which was all great. The service of the receptionist wasn't upto the mark and he remained stone faced for assistance from us. Never try the food from their restaurant as it is super costly and quality not upto the mark. Overall, if you are looking for a good night's stay, go there.

We had a terrible experience on our visit to San kollam the staff were not nice to the guests and when we had visitors they were not allowing our visitors to come up to our rooms instead they were only allowing our guests to visit us in the lobby also when we wanted to add one more person to our room they asked us to pay 500rs more and when we asked the same thing after half an hour they wanted us to pay 500 more. This was such a bad experience for us and our guest and I would never suggest this hotel to anyone else.
Rooms are great for the price i would say one of the best in kollam food was also great good space for parking also only problem was the entrance from the road is straight to the bar if you are going with family it will be awkward
Worst Experience ever. I have been to many hotels in India but only in this hotel we have seen a new rule where the guests must meet in reception area only and guests cannot be taken to the rooms.
