Hotel Samudra ,Sreekandapuram - Hotel in Sreekandapuram - Kannur, India

I stayed at this hotel with my friends The staff is very hospitable. Nice rooms, staffs are good, there is bar attached, it is not a problem to the guest. Food is good. Staffs are also friendly. The rooms are maintained clean. Visited the restaurant Food was tasty and hygienic. Ambience is nice and it's a quite place to dine .We even enjoyed the food at the restaurant here.

Worst experience ever in my life. Two of the senior staffs tried to enter our room without knocking or ringing the bell, when my sister was changing dress. They even didn't even close the door. We have faced such a horrible experience. This is not at all acceptable. People here working are criminal minded and sexiest. Please never book this hotel ever. Only the receptionist boy was good.

A nice place for a getaway. Good rooms and friendly staff. The restaurant is good and great food.

Poor service. Fungus affected rooms with a foul smell. Cleaned and wrapped glasses had hair inside it with colouration. Breakfast was pathetic. The taxi they arranged had no bills! Even after multiple calls no help received. Poorly trained staff and poor rooms.

Loved their chicken Biryani. Veg meals had fewer items but fish meals was a great lunch option. Asked for some extra rice and curry for my 1 year old son which was provided additionally promptly and my son happily ate it. Excellent staff and wonderful service. Reasonable cost and great experience on the whole. Staff are super friendly with kids.

Don't call to the given numbers no one will attend, there is only 1 person to handle all the guests in both lobby and restaurant ( he is handling good ). Poor effort from the management in considering additional staffs.

I stayed one day with my family for one function on the same day,we are not from here, we had a bad experience from night reception staff, they were trying to seduce and trying to touch my sister and wife ,in our room while we had a room service order.this is the first time in my life I caught up with this type of situations from a hotel and staff, It is not safe for families here.
