Hotel Samudra - Hotel in Belagavi - Belagavi, India

We put up at this place for one night transitioning on a long drive. The pros- excellent quality and taste of food around the place- dinner as well as breakfast. Service rendered at the restaurant is very warm and friendly. The rooms are of a very decent size. The staff are friendly and obliging too. The cons- we needed to change rooms as the first room didn't have a sufficiently functional air-conditioning. The floor seemed dusty. The toilet wasn't too clean, had some black stains which couldn't be cleaned said the staff. The shower gel/shampoo container was empty. The runner on the bed was stained and hence we asked for it to be removed. If all the above matters are resolved, it will be a great place to stay.

Omg where should I start this hotel is the worst for many things/reasons 1. Location: located in some galli and it says it is on highway going via car was very difficult 2. Staff:we had booked 1 room with an extra bed but no extra bed was provided. When asked for refund of it they denied. 3 Rooms: in our room the ac was not working and so we told and called them about 5 times they said I will fix it. 1hr went by no one came now at 10 30 pm and asked us to change rooms for ac. In the rooms there was no water we asked them at night and morning came we did not get it .in one room the TV was not working we called them still no response. Overall the worst Hotel giving no recommendations

The restaurant is good for Family gatherings, the staff are friendly, good quality & tasty food. Only Cons is they take too much time to serve a dish. We had to wait for 10-20 mins for almost all dishes ordered.. Other than this it is a very good restaurant..

The food was good but options in veg section is less....rooms staff cleanliness ambience everything was upto the mark...the stay was enjoyable

Pros Amazing room Parking available for four wheeler too. Locker is provided which is nice. Wifi speed is good Smart TV available (surprisingly yes) Lift available and good Very neat clean and hygienic Con They told me there will be a morning buffet for complimentary breakfast when i called, but in the morning they all of a sudden say that the plan for buffet was down due to less number of persons available. They could've informed this prior. However the service was still good. And breakfast was served without any delays. Overall an amazing stay.

Surprisingly, Hotel Samudra was very good hotel. While booking on MakeMy Trip was not very sure of the quality, however, after checking-in I realized my decision was good. A great value for money, and good for family stay, as well. The room (executive room) was small but decent, clean and had all the basic facilities of a 3 star hotel - a King bed, tea-coffee maker, mini-refrigerator, table and chair, and toiletries. The in-house restaurant (Pebbles) was fantastic serving good quality food and service. They have parking in the basement with capacity of around 6-7 cars, and some bikes. I liked the lobby which was beautifully decorated giving the feeling and comfort of high end hotels
