Very dispointment room was very small and smelly bathroom very dirty tv and light not working not maintain at all. Please Don't go gayz . Very chip hotel 3rd class. west of money

To begin with, it was really difficult to find this hotel. There no board or sign to where the hotel is or where we should take turn to reach the destination. By name of the rooms "Classic Rooms", it was no where near to classic. Rooms were very small and bathrooms were bad. (We booked the rooms at the very last moment, So we booked rooms which were available) Flush was functional but that was of no use, the use it should be. Bathroom floor and walls were shabby, not well lite, taps were very old and rusted. So while booking rooms in this hotel, if you find Classic room as an option or there are no options other than Classic Rooms, please avoid booking this room. It's better not to book. Best part was: Co-operative Staff 24 hours running hot water Food was above average Swimming pool

I am still in this hotel.. spend 5 hour. worst experience till date. starting from check in1. the room which is shown in photo is very different.. very small room and bathroom. 2. there is no WiFi on floor.. inshot no WiFi in room. if u want to use it u will have to sit in there office n use it. as said by them. 3. tv not working.. have complaint about this at 1 pm.. and now it is 3.37pm bt no solution given. 4.no toilet paper also toilet set broken. 5. there is no WiFi no TV.6. till, now no woow experience..

- hotel is located near Kihim beach@2-3 Km,30-35 min walk, u can also get shared autos to reach there. All the activities are available including water sports at this beach no need to visit alibag beach unless u r intersted for Coloba fort visit - Alibag beach is at 1 hr distance, u get shared autos to go there - @half hour from mandwa Jetty/ RORO port - good quality budget hotel, no very impressive considering cost - food is very good - very less breakfast options

Really Disappointed with the rooms. Small and smelly rooms. Do not get fooled by the room pictures they have posted online on various platforms. With the amount they are charging per night they could have maintained the rooms well enough but it simply seems like they want to rip people off. The only saving grace was that the food was nice(though expensive) and they have a small pool to chill.

The hotel is pretty average, they have a small pool and the prices they charge look a bit hefty as compared to the amenities they give. Surprisingly in this day and age they do not have WiFi service for rooms. Rooms are okayish, but the staff was polite. Had breakfast there which was decent.

Hotel is very near to Kihim beach, Alibagh and Varsoli beach so location wise it is good option, Staff is well mannered..Food is really very tasty especially we tried paneer masala and we loved that. the chappatis were very nice. The only issue we found is stick in toilets probably using some scented phenyl should be used to make it clean. Rest it was good stay. we have good time visiting Alibag and Kihim. Thanks

The room don't look anything like the pictures they have uploaded on several websites.The walls are peeling off the chairs are wobly not at all a good ambience and for the amount that they charge the services provided are terrible. The food is decent and the surmai curry was especially good and the staff working there are nice especially Nandu uncle. If you are making any payment there with card please make sure to ask them for the extra charges that they apply because,while I was paying my bill,I was charged a GST 5% which I wasn't informed of , after I received the notification from my bank ,I got to know about it, and this spoiled the whole experience for me
