Good test nice preparation pure vegetarian, little expensive. A nice place for lunch and dinner while you are traveling and passing through Ratlam city.
Worst taste in the city of food, today my first and last visit to there,I ordered Punjabi dum aloo it cost 240/- and other panir vegetable are nearly 260 but I amazed to see the dum aloo having small pieces of one potato in yellow colour gravy. And it was horrible to us. I think they make us fool because I buy 3 rs potato in rs 240. My maid makes better potato curry than these and serves me. Regards Hemant sharma
Cool place for dinner, stay. This place is good to host big events. Book this place in advance as it is most of the time occupied. Staff behaviour is helpful and polite. There are usually some ongoing events happening in the hotel premises which makes restaurant ambience disturbing. Due to these events, the restaurant is always engaged by the movement of mobs, sounds from these events which is an unpleasant experience to customers. Also, their yelling Live Music pathetic which is a big nuisance for a turn off to enjoy the food.

You need good and curtious staff to make good rooms to great property. The staff need to be groomed to be polite,sympathetic and curtious. The body language and gestures say it all that may be they are getting too much of business to handle. On breakfast table no water served. On request one partially filled water bottle was provided. On next request 3 empty glasses were provided among 4 guest sitting on dinning table.awsome. There was constant flow of leakage in wc of #326 where I stayed. Among 3 rooms on request for late check out of one room till 1.30 to 2 pm was denied straight away even on the week days. Yes they are getting too much of business. True.
Pathetic Service, not even able to provide spoon in last 2 hrs... service is worst den a local dharamshala... Road par so jana pr ye hotel book mat karna.... Better book an OYO room.... Their service would be much better.... Simply waste of money..... Regards Ashish chouhan..
Hotel is 3-Star. Most value for money Hotel rather best in Ratlam. Stayed there for a night, comfortable bed, cleaned bedsheets and all the kits were provided. Food is bit costly, but complementary breakfast is there with good variety (poha, Idli, Paratha, fruits, juices and tea-coffee). Kids totally loved the place.
