Hotel Samrat - Hotel in Indore - Indore, India

I attended a wedding function, a very small garden, and the exhaust fan of the hotel's kitchen was facing towards the garden. You feel disgusted. Bad smell.

The hotel building looks good from outside and the rooms are also spacious with almost all facilities covered up, however the construction seems old,lobby doesn't looks much attractive as the outer space,hotel staff is friendly happy to help,driks are also available, parking is also safe is good.

It's best to stay .Rooms are also cleaned. Staff behaviour is also good.Location is so good that you can visit every famous place of indore easily.

We are 3 women (My self with 2 sister) visiting this hotel on 8th and 9th September 2023. We stay there for safety as the hotel is on prime location. We ask day manager that we are living in morning 5.30am. So need need rest. We slept at 9.30pm and on 10.30pm someone ring the bell 3 time. Then on near by 12am only our room light has gone then on 1.30am near by hotel light has gone. Bcz of hectic day we need rest and again we have to get up at 4.30am. On morning there no hot water coming then again in the early morning we have to call the staff for that. In over all picture we have to open the door 4 to 5 time in night. And in room passage area the cigarette and ganja smell is really very bad and in this situation we have to open our door 4 to 5 time. Then in morning 6am check out time we ask all this thing with night manager so he said "apko itni problem thi to raat ko hotel chod dete" Is this the way to talk with customer? Where is the safety here? On night between 12am to 1am how can we leave the hotel and roaming around for new hotel. And he don't want to understand our problems. I personally recommended, only women and family don't stay in this hotel. My personal experience is Very bad experience with this hotel.

We stayed there for 4days and on the last day theirs cleaner came to clean the room while i was not at the room.. i kept two brand new watches of Fastrack on the desk.. then when I came home n checked the box one of the watch was missing from inside the box.. it was surely Done by that cleaner... It's a request to the authorities to verify these matters and take measures accordingly.. these kind of activities are not acceptable at all.. I know I won't get the watch back but it's my suggestion to everyone to look over their things sincerely while checking out .

Hotel is very hygiene neat and clean, location of the hotel was great, it's located in the market area.. services were good and the staff was co-operative. Had an official visit to indore but will plan for vacation too and plan a stay here.

The staff were friendly, the rooms were nice and big. The hotel is at the prime location. It is nearly 1km away from Indore railway station, 1 km from Chappan, and about 1.5 km away from Sarafa Bazzar.

Absolute garbage of a hotel. Dirty and unhygienic rooms, faulty doors and washrooms and extremely unhelpful and rude front desk. I had a horrible experience here and had to book this place last moment. Regretting the decision.
