A Horrendous Experience at Hotel Samrat, Mount Abu My recent stay at Hotel Samrat in Mount Abu was nothing short of a nightmare. I highly discourage anyone from choosing this hotel due to its terrible staff, abysmal service, and shockingly horrible rooms that require immediate attention and maintenance. First and foremost, the rooms at Hotel Samrat are an absolute disaster. They were in desperate need of heavy maintenance. The paint was peeling off the walls, the furniture was worn-out and shabby, and the overall cleanliness was seriously lacking. It felt like stepping into a time-worn dungeon rather than a hotel room. The beds were uncomfortable, leaving us with sore backs each morning. To make matters worse, the staff at Hotel Samrat was incredibly disappointing. The level of anxiety and greed they exhibited towards tips was appalling. They constantly hovered around, making guests feel uncomfortable and intruded upon. Instead of focusing on providing quality service, they seemed obsessed with trying to extract tips from unsuspecting guests. This made our stay extremely uncomfortable and we felt like we were constantly being watched. In terms of service, Hotel Samrat failed miserably. From the moment we arrived, it was evident that the staff were uninterested in fulfilling our requests. Basic amenities were either missing or provided upon repeated reminders, and even then, they were often of poor quality. The staff seemed ill-equipped and untrained, lacking the necessary skills to fulfill even the most basic requests. The overall atmosphere of the hotel was dismal and far from welcoming. The lack of cleanliness and poor maintenance in common areas further reflected the negligence of the management. The ambiance was neither relaxing nor inviting, leaving us with a feeling of regret for choosing Hotel Samrat. To conclude, my experience at Hotel Samrat in Mount Abu was nothing short of a nightmare. The staff's greed for tips, along with the abysmal service and awful rooms, made our stay a complete disaster. I strongly advise potential guests to steer clear of this hotel as there are far better options available in Mount Abu that offer comfortable and pleasant stays.

Nice location and service staff, need some improvement in Some room atmosphere because of our room is nice but so much Non veg smel in day time.

I was stay two days in this hotel, room is near and clean but some leakage found in slab due to rain. staff behaviour is very polite. locker room and general toilets available, you can use also after check out. keep your luggage at locker room also. nice experience

Nice hotel just 200m from nakki lake rooms and bathrooms are neat and spacious. Location is very excellent the Sunset point is 3km and The Honeymoon point is 2km far.The famous Delwara Temple is also only 3km far from this hotel.The view from this hotel is also very beautiful. ...

The room booked was not available when we reached the hotel. Later was provided another room at a local hotel very unhygienic. Having a baby we would expect a good and hygienic stay. The worst part was when they told the charge was same for both the stays. No refund was done.

It is one of the best hotels to stay in Mount Abu. Prices are worth the stay we had a balcony facing polo ground room and that was one of the best thing which made us stay there apart from any other hotel.
