It was a horrendous experience I would recommend others not to visit this hotel ever rooms are not hygienic staffs never respond over there they serve drinking water from dirty taps food is not good.
It's a failing hotel. Rooms unclean. Ac didn't work in my first room. 1 out of 2 fans didn't work as well. Room was spacious. But old, bad furniture. Got my room changed after repeated complaints at the reception. Now the Ac worked but again 1 out of 2 fans didn't work. So they came and changed the fan. And then I went to the bathroom and the wash basin taps didn't work. So to gain something you have to lose something. Terrible hotel! No bedsheets to cover! No bathroom mat. Sticky floors. Needs painting. Horrible. There are other good hotels nearby!
The only benefit of taking this hotel is that it is just 500mts from Patna railway station. Other than that nothing good. Rooms are spacious but not properly maintained. Bathrooms are dirty, taps broken, water splashing everywhere if open, staffs are very slow in service. We changed our room due to non functioning of ACs. But nearby places are good. You can get a lot of food joints within 100mts.
We had a very bad experience. No maintenance of the hotel eg. AC not working, roof leakages, TV not working and No room service.
In Patna before 20 years and above the hotel name was only enough for service and quality food . With time now not updated hotel
