Samrat Hotel is a 3-star hotel located in the Civil Lines area of Prayagraj. The hotel is clean and well-maintained, and the staff is friendly and helpful. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the beds are very comfortable

Rooms was beautiful and Room design was fabulous .satff was so coprative and well maintained. I really like this hotel for stay in my budget.

The menu had a diverse range of options, including vegetarian and gluten-free choices. It offered a good selection of appetizers, main courses, and desserts from various cuisines

Third category means it has a category but lower category means substandard, which is not at all true to its name Hotel Samrat - A Heritage. If you book a room with breakfast in this hotel, then they insult you during breakfast in front of all the people present there. If you want a towel, you have to come to the reception. The complimentary water bottle or soap, shampoo, brush, toothpaste don't add anything to the room. Their hotel owner doesn't even know how to say sorry. Please don't stay in such a lower category hotel.

The most terrible stay I have had in last two decades. - Cold water baths in the month of December in Allahabad, because the geyser wouldn't work. - The commode didn't even have a basic health faucet. - Bathroom fittings are probably decades old, even the bucket/ mugs belonged to a different era. No point even talking about the shower and it's capability to do it's job. - A hole, literally a hole in the bathroom floor to function as a water outlet - Rest of the room was okay, although not maintained well. The day we arrived, I think they were not even expecting us. Gave us whatever leftover room was available. We paid for triple occupancy but what was the point! Extra bed is a mattress on the floor and who can sleep on such dirty floor. Room cleaning only happens if you ask for it. The water kettle was soo dirty that one cannot imagine drinking of water heated in it. Had to ask for it to be cleaned properly. We changed rooms once during the stay, but that didn't change much for us. The staff though did everything they could to help us. The hotel owner NEEDS to invest some money in refurbishing the place. Untill such time the place should be marked "Book at your own risk".

Good place to stay. But the property being old lacks modern amenities like other hotels. Also staff are not so well trained considering the price range. But the restaurant is quite good and has a great ambience.

Over all best service in this hotal all staff so coprative and caring also.

Namastey, I stayed here for 4 days, and telling honestly the services was extremely disgusting, if you ask for complementary water there is a long discussion and you get only 1 bottle for a day, any services you ask it takes a long time long means not less than 5 hours, the daily cleanliness of rooms is so bad that i can't tell, The prices are really expensive, they says we have on-line bookings randomly when you go there they ask for 4k per day. Conditions of washroom is like shown in photos, flow of water through tabs is also very slow, the bath tub was broken bathroom is like hell. I spended around 16k there and my train was little bit late so I asked the receptionist to please allow me to stay for 2 hours more, he was like check out at 12 means 12, is this is a kind of hospitality they provides in 16K? However I checked out at right time and was really feeling bad when I left the hotel. The experience was worst, and i don't want anyone who goes there feel these types of issues, so Sharing my experience through Social Media so that maximum of you can get an idea and can change your plan . What was extremely worst it was I was not given any meal in these stay, i ordered the food from there restaurant (EDEN) and that was like brunch ordered at 1000 Hrs, they served it at 1300 Hrs. No complementary breakfast, lunch, Dinner, .. extremely sad with the stay at Samrat
