I generally do not comment. But I'd like to say that, the whole staff is very cooperative and friendly. Cleanliness is top notch. Service quality & Food is simple yet good. One must go to this hotel, it's hassle free.

The stay was comfortable. The staff here is cooperative..The manager is very genuine and helpful.

We went Ajmer on short trip for completing some pending works. We reached there almost during midnight but Hotel Samrat night duty manager attained us politely, shown rooms to us so that we can make our choice. Overall, great experience with hotel staff.

Very good and comfortable rooms. But some windows need to be fixed Over all good budget friendly stay and explore Ajmer.

Good Staff members provide Good Room service and way of talking nice.

Extremely Untidy and Dirty Room with Foul smell . Manager behaviour was not good. Worst hotel experience.

This is my first visit in Ajmer when I was reached in ajmer theres many people trying to force me to go to this our reference hotel but I ll find myself hotel samrat and late night shift guy they are fully cooperative in my opinion every new visitor should stay in hotel samrat they provide you best rooms according to your budget .
