There is no cleanliness in the hotel, there is a problem of light, the window inside the room is also broken.
Location is best, at the centre of Rath bari More, Noisy area. Rooms are oldest and not maintained. As per tariffs rooms are ok. Room service not available.

I've not stayed there, as it was not necessary but this is one of the most renouned hotels in Malda for a very long time. Reputation is good in all respect. This is a landmark in the Rathbari more on the National highway. Convenient for one to stay.
Very very bad conditions of all room. Here all room wall is dirty,unclean,braking condition. Hotel manager behaviour is very bad. No one come for changing bed cover about Three days after. Bathroom is very dirty. T.V available but dont work.. Light don't work. Room is very bad. Its very bad hotel for Malda town.. another all hotel is best with out Hotel Samrat.
