Hotel was neat and clean. Staffs was also good and cooperative. But they need many improvements. Lift was not working when we reached and we had to climb 3 floors including my parents and child. We booked 3 rooms and all 3 door locks had some issues. 2 doors were unable to lock and we had to keep all our luggages in a room when we went out. The next day the other door also got jammed and we were unable to open it. Even hotel staff couldn't open it with their spare key. Finally they had to break the door. It took more than 1 hour to break this door and it ruined all our schedule for the day. We couldn't go to all places as we planned.
Overall the ambience is impressive and prices are affordable. There was no buffet breakfast when I stayed there. And also after 10pm the kitchen will be closed and there will not be any services at all. Some hotels will provide fresh juice and some snacks after 10pm also.
Food is not included in the plan. Clean place to stay and the room services are on-time. Staff is friendly. Hotel is located in a market place so we can buy daily use products at ease.
An ideal stop during a visit to the various temples of Kannur. Clean spacious rooms and helpful staff. Good food available at their restaurant.

It's a good hotel with neat rooms. Wouldn't recommend it if you are travelling with family, as it has a bar and we could see many people who were drunk hanging around the entrance. Food choices are also limited, as the kitchen seems to be mainly serving the bar. Parking space is also limited. Staff was helpful
Stay was ok. But the restaurant had very minimal options and they were working with one staff member. He was taking orders and delivering at every table so it was taking too much of the time to get things served.
Room was good though little congested.....very good beds, ac was good, bathroom was clean and taps shower was working (special mention to the bath fittings you have used.... every thing premium quality)....there is also a veg restaurant in the ground
