Really very well maintained room. All needy items, fixtures etc are kept at its apt place in the compact room.
A budget hotel without any frills and fancies located at 1 km from the railway station. The hotel is clean and is worth its price. Towels and toileteries are provided. The television installed in the room enables you to access some of the popular channels airing Hindi and Marathi programmes. Hot water facility commences only from 7 am. Though some civil work was being carried out on the second floor of the premises from 10 am, we were not affected much by the noise it created since we had checked out of the hotel by 12 noon. However, that is an area which need to address and ensure that guests do not get disturbed by such civil work. Overall, our stay was pleasant.

A good room for a budget traveller.. located near the Bus stand (Kolhapur CBS).. property is easy to locate from Google maps and it is in a peaceful location..
they have a car parking space inside the property.
I am giving 4 stars for the room and environment.
i cut 1 star because in the room TV a lot of channels are not coming (I checked more than 40 channels and nothing was coming).
also they informed me that hot water will be available from morning 6 AM but when I checked they switched on the boiler (centralized) by 7:30 AM
for staying 1 or 2 days this is a good place
Overall good for over night stay with low budget. Room was spacious , clean washroom with hot water facility. I guess recently they have renovate room and washroom. It was Non AC room, fan was noisy. Parking Facility is available.
I have negative feedback for this hotel because I had confirmed price for stay a day before I was going to visit and the respective person confirmed charges as 1000/- for non AC and 1500/- for AC. But on the next day when I was here, the rate was suddenly increased even after communicating prior. 500/- were increased. It is obvious that any customer would get disappointed

Economical place to stay in Kolhapur. The best place to stay if you are coming to visit Sree Mahalakshmi Ambabai Temple, which is hardly 200 metres away from the hotel. Good for overnight stay. Take assistance from the hotels guys for parking.
