Hotel Samanvi International - Hotel in Belur - Hassan, India

Mark my words and do not plan to stay in this Hotel. I booked it through Oyo but when I reached there Hotel denied to provide rooms saying it's all occupied. But when I called Oyo and gave them left right and centre then they spoke to the hotel and I got rooms. There were rooms available but they were giving it for high price I guess to people who didn't have any prior booking in the hotel. When I asked the reception lady, she started misbehaving.

We stayed for a day here in an ac room. The room was spacious and clean. The view wasn't that great. Hot water was available 24*7. However room smelled of cigarettes and there was disturbance from pub above one floor. There was no vegetarian restaurant attached and parking available only for 10 cars and others had to park along the main road. Not recommended for family with small kids.

Ok , we stayed 2 times and it's ok for middle class for 1.2 k , Good and spacious, bed could be better Apart ok

This is no less than an Authentic 5 star hotel! The room was clean, very quiet and very well prepared. The service I received was fantastic, and I felt very welcomed. Public spaces are glorious. I was sad not to stay longer. The rooms are lovely and very spacious .The bathrooms are spacious and clean . They have live music in the lobby hall, which is pretty relaxing. Their restaurants are also great, covering almost everything you can expect with decent tastes. It also have a pub in the top floor. I didn't experience any unpleasant during my stay.

Good stay, but I wanted to extend for the next day and the staff told that the rooms are already booked and in Oyo it shows that room are available. Then I booked Sunshine International Hotel.

We only had lunch there, it's ok for non vegetarian foods, must try their nice icecream item

Good hotel for an overnight stopover on long drives. Hotel did not provide basic amenities like drinking water. Sheets were bad, with cigarette burns and dirty. Bed was comfy though. Hot water is centralised, no control from the room.

Stayed there for a night. Very nasty ambience. Dirty rooms were given to us inspite of me following up with them for nearly 5 days. They have a cheap bar on the top floor and being a Sunday they said all their staff are there only and only one person was there to clean the rooms and everything came to us after such a prolonged time. No parking and bar music was honking till mid of night. So many Strangers coming and going. No safety for the guests Dirty towels, dirty restrooms, dirty rooms, service very very poor. No response from the staff. Horrible experience. Don't go this hotel at any cost. We checked in at 9.20 p.m. and were not able to stay there that night, hardly slept and we vacated early in the morning at about 5.30 a.m. and checked in into a good hotel in Chikmangalur. Worst experience never ever go there....
