Good stay..booked 10 rooms during my wedding for guests, they were clean and staff helped with a comfortable stay. Their restaurant had some yummy North Indian food too. Would totally recommend it.

This is a small hotel with clean rooms and good service. The restaurant at this place has a few veg items, and ordering on Swiggy might be a better option. Mr Kajal, who works at this place, is very helpful and courteous. Accessibility score: two on five. This hotel does not have wheelchair access, and persons with blindness will need assistance to navigate through it.

Overall a good experience. Pros:1. Very near to karunamoyee bus stop. 2. Food was very good. The restaurant has received times food award. 3. Cleanliness of the hotel. 4. Behaviour of staff was professional and as expected. 5. Value for money. Cons: 1.I felt the towel provided was not fresh, on request they changed it. They explained that due to heavy rains the laundry has not been drying.

Good location, not very far from airport. Rooms are on average side. Food part was not at all as per expectation. No absolute choice for breakfast, no matters which suite you choose you will get cold breakfast everyday and just dosa and sambar. Overall experience was not very good. If you are food lover and looking for good room service and please don't go for it.

Good place to stay. Room and bathroom is clean but stuffy. Bathroom definitely needs a exhaust fan. Bedding can be more cleaner. Some staff members are very good, polite and caring but very few are quite rude. Food in Haveli restaurant is very good, but slightly overpriced. Overall nice experience. Stay is comfortable and cosy.

The worst oyo experience ever. They wanted 300 bucks or else they will harass you to get your room. They stared fighting when i called the oyo help line. Such shameless people. And when i made them speak to the executive, they made an excuse saying their room was under maintenance and they wont be able to accommodate me. I was shifted to another hotel. Also, they dint even let me speak with the hotel manager/owner. Sir, if you see this review please feel free to call me. I have the call recorded and will be happy to brief you regarding the experience.

Not at all good service, less staff, bad rooms, I took 402 room. The room with broken mirror, broken health faucet and the amazing was TV because despite of tata sky there were no channels coming. I don't know why the TV was hung on the wall. Highly not recommended. Stay happy stay away from this Hotel.

Everything except two things was good: 1. Hugely disappointed and upset by the behaviour of the on duty manager in the evening shift; don't know his name Was extremely intruding, asked irrelevant questions without even understanding basics 2. Breakfast spread is limited to just two fixed items everyday. Though the item we had was tasty, the limited choice made it a disappointing experience. Price wise very good. Room was clean, though there was some issue with the fan and AC. No provision of an extra pillow. Absolute no to the menu.
