All the staff were very unprofessional, rugged and one room service man was drunken, receptive to our needs from time to time was not fulfilling they have not given soap or any welcome kit . No towel, House keeping was very very worst .. I hope this hotel worth for local group who looking for drinking and play cards.. one of the worst worst hotel i seen in my business travel.. ...i stayed for 3 days ,the room was not cleaned for all 3 days .
I stayed for two days in ac double room for 1200 Rs per day which is unbelievable for the neatness of the room, ac cooling and service of the staff. They have a vegetarian restaurant that serves tasty food that's good for the stomach. Each and every staff is polite and hospitable. I will stay no where else when I visit Tirunelveli again.
Worst service, we booked an AC room for my friend's marriage and they won't even provide a blanket, towel and basic things. When we ask reception he's talking very rudely. Suggest not to book this room. Beds are old type and they are not even maintained. Overall I can say zero Only they provide salt water.

A worst stay, the amenities are around 40yrs old and not yet renovated after constructed. AC is not cooling, TV not working, no regulator for fan, No water in the wash basin, no health vasette in the toilet, closet is stained, group of mosquitos are inside the room. Totally it was a horrible stay. Worst... Worst... Worst hotel. I reported these things at the reception with in 30minutes after check in. But they are not ready to refund. The next morning I talked to the manager and his behaviour is really irrespective and irresponsible. But have a good bar attached with this hotel.
