HOTEL SAKTHI PARK & CONVENTIONS - Hotel in MELMARUVATTUR - Chengalpattu, India

We were supposed to check in on 25th November 2023 when we went there no body was present in reception since we were new to this place we were forced to search for the receptionist and we finally found him after 15 minutes since we had traveled we were very tired finally he allotted rooms on entering room to our surprise no bedsheets were there the intercom phone kept for name sake not working when enquired in reception receptionist told bedsheets have been given for dry cleaning you will get by evening when enquired he told you will get by 20.00 hrs even after 20.00 hrs bedsheets were not provided finally at 22.00 hrs they provided running a hotel where customers are coming for stay after a long travel can't they keep spare bedsheets for providing to customers any how we had a very very bad experience in staying in this hotel hoping for remedial action from hotel management for not treating visitors like this,and take action against persons who are not performing their duty properly

Everything is fine, except the toilet is a little bit small and there is no Wi-Fi. Rooms are good with two separate beds and a very vast car parking area.

5 Excellent I was very happy with my stay. The room that was allotted to me was very spacious and neat. The Air conditioning was top notch and the restroom was in mint condition. The sheets were very clean and the room smelled good. I couldn't have asked for anything better.

The room was neat, clean and hygienic. The room. The services were well organised, the room atmosphere was silent, meditative. I would choose this place again for the further stay.

Poor service and room quality but good parking place with decent vicinity.. No restaurant food and even water is not served.. you have to buy everything from outside... noisy area

The rooms were spacious and the beds were comfortable and it's very nearby temple, that's the only reason I see this place can be used but otherwise I would strongly recommend to avoid this lodge. Washroom and it's fixtures are the worst, if you open one tap, there won't be any water in other taps. The faucet doesn't work. The manager had warned us that hot water and TV is not working, but the same is not mentioned in the online booking sites or I'm not sure if they provide these kind of rooms for online booking. Having already paid the amount and we couldn't find any other lodging alternative we had to adjust with what was offered. A big surprise came in the morning when there was no water supply in any of the rooms and a very lethargic response from the manager made matters worse.

Very old building and old rooms with no new paint and all. 1 year later: they just collect money and not give sufficient blankets, bed spread or towels. Not cleaned rooms

Good place to stay and economic. Near to the temple.
